"Should the Sample Rituals be played out in succession? Or (as I suppose) could the student, finding he needs something that may be Opus 8 (or whatever) perform the ritual of his choice? I've read this book about 6 times now, minus the tables and I absolutely love it."
In succession would be one very good way to do it, I think. Not the only way - but one good way.

"Jim" is the common English nickname for "James."

Despite our differences Jim, i have to give credit where it is due... 7761/2???... is a hell of a concept within which I have understood the whole concept of 777 and 7761/2 simultaneously and in particular your whole personality especially in relation to Aleister Crowley, i suppose I am attempting something similar maybe. I suppose in your world hypothetically mine might be called 776.9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 ^.

Kudos.
My number is nine by the fools but with the just I am eight and one in eight which is vital because i am none indeed

"That's retarded."
at a certain point what is retarded far enough comes full circle to become futuristic.

Well, don't waste any time arguing with naysayers, then. Get to work.

"There are two editions of this book, a standard edition and a deluxe edition.
The standard edition has been manufactured to the same specifications as the hardcover edition of The Mystical & Magical System of the A.'.A.'., which many of you have: Acid-free paper, boards, and cloth and superior binding. This is manufacturing intended to last for a century. (For those who know the language: Smyth-sewn casebound with cloth over binder boards, and other nice touches similar to M&MAA.) Retail price: USD $49.
The limited deluxe edition consists of 156 numbered, signed copies with premium design and manufacturing. The inside is the same (so really, there's no need to spend the extra money if all that matters to you is the content). The outside, though, will be quite different: A red bonded leather hardcover with gold foil stamping, gilded page edges, Rainbow end leaves, and a mounted bookmark ribbon. Retail price: USD $156.
Some copies of the standard edition were made available the first week of March at an event in New York City. Copies are presently stocked by Enchantments:
www.enchantmentsincnyc.com
www.facebook.com/pages/New-York-NY/Enchantments-Inc/85037528005?ref=The remainder of the stock is due to arrive in Los Angeles on Monday, March 22. You can purchase both the standard and deluxe editions from College of Thelema directly from our Publications page: helema.org/publication
Amazon is taking pre-publication orders for the standard edition, and will have the book in stock about a week after we get hold of it. Here is their direct link: www.amazon.com/776%C2%BD-Practical-Ceremonial-James-Eshelman/dp/0970449623
To order the Deluxe Edition: The deluxe edition is available only by direct order from C.O.T. This is a numbered limited edition, and you may request what numbered copy you get if it is still available. When placing your order, you may specify (in order of your preference) three preferred numbers between 1-156. You will receive your requested number if available, otherwise you will get the next available number in sequence.
For orders from C.O.T., Shipping/Handling is paid by us for US domestic priority mail on all orders over $30. For international shipping or alternate (expedited) shipping terms, please write us first (see helema.org/publication)."
This book sounds great and i could sure use it as 777 is complex. I have one question though, do we have to be exploiting animals just for a delux edition of a book? Is it possible to do away with the leather and bound in something else?
Cheers, Ian

I saw that Jim but was wondering if it was possible to get a signed copy not in leather?

Of course. (It won't have the extras, such as the four-colored anniversary dedication page, gold edging, bookmark, etc., but I'd be happy to sign it.)
Order it fro mC.O.T. directly from helema.org/publications/776.html and specify in the order that you'd like it autographed.
