Picked mine up today and read the prologues at lunch.

I'm at a sincere loss for how to compliment the few pages I have read. It even seems silly to do so, but ...I've spent too long trying to find the words myself not to feel compelled.

    Pitch perfect.

Those are the words that won't let me leave them alone - as wrong as they feel coming from my own mouth.

I have read to page 80 so far. I have stopped so that I can purchase a Thoth Tarot Deck. While waiting on the tarot deck I will start reading the full version (out loud) as you suggest. Then I will finish reading with the Thoth cards beside me as you suggest.

I will let you and the others that post on these boards know that I have learned a lot by reading the boards and a lot of my prior reading has started to make sense now.

I really appreciate the signed copy ๐Ÿ˜€

I was wondering, if one already has Vision and the Voice and other papers by weiser, do you think your book adds a lot of new information? I love your Magical and Mystical System book and I know you write well and I will enjoy it if I buy it, but I was curious as to the finer points of what your book includes that others don't so I am assured that I am not repeating my library. I am sorry to sound picky but I have to budget a lot more these days than I used to, since I am trying to save for some travelling for the first time in 4 years.
Thanks in advance Mr Eshelman and keep up the good work ๐Ÿ˜„

"I was wondering, if one already has Vision and the Voice and other papers by weiser, do you think your book adds a lot of new information?"

Yes, I think it does. - Or, rather: Yes, for sure, there is a very great deal more information in this. Whether it is information of interest to you is a separate question ๐Ÿ˜‰

I leave others to express their less-invested opinion on this, of course.

"I love your Magical and Mystical System book and I know you write well and I will enjoy it if I buy it, but I was curious as to the finer points of what your book includes that others don't so I am assured that I am not repeating my library."

In addition to the text of The Visioln & the Voice, my book includes horoscopes for each of the visions from the 28th Aethyr on; an astrological analysis; a qabalistic/symbolic analysis more or less paragraph by paragraph; several introductory chapters (listed somewhere on one of these threads in this section) of preliminary information; a few appendices and a lengthy glossary.

"I am sorry to sound picky but I have to budget a lot more these days than I used to, since I am trying to save for some travelling for the first time in 4 years."

No need to apologize! I totally understand. - And I do encourage others (those who have the book) to offer their opinions on your questions.

i have only had a little more than a week w/ V&Vs. i must say the original v&v is one of my all time favorite works so that said.......there is so so much in the writing that has been added here by jim... makes for a more understandable read and gives much into the factors that created the experience. i had always been left with questions even with the short notes of past printings. lots got answered now!
i find that a whole new light and depth has come to such a heavy and great work..... the great work always continues. ๐Ÿ˜€

Thank you for your commentary on this work and the virtual footholds you've so labouriously left for us. I can't put into words the timing and the impact this has had on me. It is intoxicating reading, especially while travelling 560 mph and 31,000 ft in the air.

Thank you for answering my questions everyone. I definitely want to get this now. It is just a question of when. I have a lot of obligations that I promised people I'd get since they have them in hold for me. But I will definitely read it and love it. As long as they don't sell out in the next few months!
Keep up the good Work Mr Eshelman!

My copy arrived a few days ago and Iโ€™ve read up to the 3rd Aethyr so far. Iโ€™m absolutely floored at how much clarity and perspective is brought to such a wide range of topics in such an efficient manner.

Thank you for publishing this work. Please donโ€™t stop writing.
