Liber VIII

I decided to perform Liber VIII. Since I am a probationer and dont currently work, it seems like a good opportunity to perform this.
However I have some questions.
Now he shall pray thrice daily, about sunset, and at midnight, and at sunrise. And if he be able, he shall pray also four times between sunrise and sunset.
The prayer shall last for the space of an hour, at the least, and he shall seek ever to extend it, and to inflame himself in praying. Thus shall he invoke his Holy Guardian Angel for eleven weeks, and in any case he shall pray seven times daily during the last week of the eleven weeks.
I assume this does not mean Liber Resh? Also I plan on using Liber LXV and Liber AL; CH 2 to
inflame himself in praying
alternating between each one. I could use some suggestions for other possible texts I could use.Thank you

I recommend you ignore any suggestions you get.
One who is ready to perform this ritual (normally a Dominus Liminus or Adeptus Minor, but in theory anyone) will be fully informed, by the Angel and from within, on how to make the connection. This is one of the most intimate and individual parts of that whole operation.

Well, my intent isn't necessarily the K&C of my HGA. If that happened it would be great of course. At the end of Liber LXV it says to seal the Liber in your heart. I assume one meaning is the memorization required as probationer. But I also sense a mystical meaning. I have come to an understanding of certain things. With this understanding comes a certain "feeling" of my HGA's presence. Not a conversation or vision or anything like that. This is more like a "hum" like if you was next to high-powered electrical lines. I want to reinforce this sensation and worry about the K&C of my HGA when I have the appropriate degree/grade.
When I "inflame" myself in prayer, I want to make sure the material I am using is related to the HGA. Liber LXV and Liber AL; CH 2 seem to be appropriate. But I would like to have 3 different Libers/material to alternate because the number 3 seems appropriate.
I could really use some suggestions of material I could look at and maybe use.

But that's the one purpose of that ritual. One wonders why you would be setting aside 78 days to perform this ceremony if that isn't the goal. - One would hope that it might be more than "this looks like a cool ritual, I want to try it."

Yes. That's generally taken as the basic meaning.

Fortunately for this conversation, you're not a Probationer working under me. If you were, I would have to be sure to withdraw from this conversation, make no recommendations, etc. - possibly only mentioning in passing that Liber VIII is not on the Probationer's syllabus. - But, since I don't have that responsibility to you, I can recommend away! My recommendation is not to pick a ritual that has a single (and singular purpose), and use it for a different purpose... especially if, just maybe, it's the method you want to use for the (probably) once-in-a-lifetime undertaking of your own eventual 5=6 Within initiation.
I also advise you to fiercely ignore all advice in this matter.

One task you might set yourself is in identifying resources within the Probationer syllabus - which includes, among other things, all Class B documents. (You asked.)

ok.
