What have I done?

The more I begin to understand what is really going on, the less appealing doing anything at all has become, but especially rituals evoking things or setting things in motion which I don't understand or know the consequences of. I mean... I just think of stirring ink in a bowl of water or something; it starts off as a drop and you give it a twirl with your finger and it quickly clouds the whole bowl. The way causes tend to have effects, which are causes themselves with their own effects and so on for apparent infinity (from this angle) makes the idea very uninteresting to me, actually... and not out of fear of the unknown or an unadventurous personality, but out of respect for what I've come to know. I suppose that sounds abstract, but I am not referring to "the safe everyday world I know" when I refer to what I've come to know. I'm talking about the nature of reality I recognize everywhere.

That's pretty darn cool. When they do things like this, do they seem to move as almost programmed robots or something? I imagine them as appearing very standoffish and silent while at the same time communicating a warm presence and a direct interaction with your awareness. It's like in the astral when you bump into shadow type people and they communicate by weird movements like a dance but you really have no idea what they're doing other than kinda freaking you out.

but do they speak or do you just hear it in your head if they do... beings on the astral seem to never speak but communicate through movement and poses or imagery somehow, so that is what I imagine the archangels are like. They are, I assume, how deities are described in Vajrayana, as duplicates of the entity in your personal make-up, which would explain why people so often seem convinced or confused about whether or not these beings are "real" and why they seem to be so tied into a sort of consciousness that is just beyond ordinary waking consciousness. I don't know, I've never evoked the angels to physical appearance. For some reason, I never really wanted to. I thought I was getting close, so freaked a bit and stopped what I was doing. I don't have that same kind of fear of buddhist deities for some reason. I guess maybe because there is a lot more written about them and less conflicting ideas or doubts written about them and their attitudes and inclinations. I have read, for instance, that angels behave very different from how a human might expect or hope; ie. they can be rather indifferent to your personal existence and may treat you in a way not to your liking... or maybe this was only the Enochian angels... but, no, I think I just read that about them in general probably when I was studying LBRP.

"very synchronised if that's what you mean. And I feel their love and feel very very happy and relaxed and peaceful yet energised at the same time in their presence."
And, yes, that is what I mean. There's an odd way of moving I've noticed. I've come to the conclusion it's because the beings' appearances and gestures are symbolic and they are perceived in exactly that way, making it obvious any movement carries some meaning. You rarely see a being loafing on the couch scratching his balls or shifting and fidgeting nervously, shifting his weight, etc.

Yep, just thought maybe they would talk since they are very present, easily summonable (for some, anyway) and considered to be pretty much a backbone of creation or at least part of the rib cage. I get the right brain / left brain thing, but I've actually given up thinking about stuff in western psychological perspectives for the most part because it just limited me and kept me caught in a hopeless loop of trying to explain things in a materialist fashion, as if the explanation was somehow more satisfactory than the experience. I think that what I'm saying right now jibes with what you're saying about speech coming from a lower chakra. I am reminded of a quote from the Rig Veda: "βThe wise ones fashioned speech with their thought, sifting it as grain is sifted through a sieve.β Just got back from a conversation about other dimensional beings and the tesseract, btw.

Well, I know the nature of such things is intended to be private, but since you have shared with us this much, I do hope you keep us updated. I'm pretty curious how fairly simple changes in a ritual such as this can produce different results.

I just have glimmerings atm. All in good time I guess.
It's supposed to be private so you don't get a big head, but honestly I expected people to say: 'You did this without thinking about what you were doing first? What a wanker!' "
You posted a new thread while thinking you knew what the response would be? What a wanker!

" the angels still appear with the elemental weapons over their heads and with one hand each over my head. I thought they might reset to their original positions but it seems not."
Can't you just ask them what the deal is? That's what I would do.

ermmmm isn't the name meant to be kept strictly confidential?
