62. But as Thou art the Last, Thou art also the Next, and as the Next do I reveal Thee to the multitude.
63. They that ever desired Thee shall obtain Thee, even at the End of their Desire. -
There's always a Next Step.

62. But as Thou art the Last, Thou art also the Next, and as the Next do I reveal Thee to the multitude.
What appears to be the end goal is merely the next step.
63. They that ever desired Thee shall obtain Thee, even at the End of their Desire.
Seems pretty self-explanaroty but the Law is for all. Everyone shall reach this next step, even when they stop desiring it. Even when they free themselves from the wheel. Doesn't seem to matter.

Revelation is Fire, is the next chapter, is about sight...
As this chapter draws to an end I am left wondering about the quality of the engagement with the current chapter—water.It feels like day, the space also feels cluttered—free upper body, while the lower body is hemmed in by lumps, piles, cubes of stuff. I am immersed in my work, as if I am under water. The environment presses close to my skin in such a way that I cannot get the perspective to see it, and to be able to record it as a clear-cut image. It is almost as if I am seeing through the physical sensation of being active—so I know I have been at work, but cannot say at what.
The absence of fire is notable. The water paths are: Qoph, Nun, and Cheth, and Mem. The idea of Mem, and of the hanged man leaps out at me. The eyes closed and the suppression of fire/vision being a theme in the card. The sense of work is more akin to the impression I get from the Death card though. The inhibition of the lower body is not sympathetic to the Chariot, and the cluttered space, while possibly related to the card of The Moon, is also a problematic association for me because of the sense of it being day—there is a kind of darkness, but I still feel the work has proceeded in the light. Nevertheless, my eyes are closed and I seem to feel my way through the task with the bulk of my body as one might wriggle though a closed space. My active upper body resonates strongly with the wielding of the scythe of the tarot card of Death.

Cupio—Latin for 'I desire.' Cupio is an ill fated word with bad numbers. It connects most easily with Qoph and The Moon. Still, it is an honest assessment of the state of my heart—simple, broad, and very human.

I have heard it told that the reason that God was able to create man, as told in the original mythic, was because it was known that man would evolve into The Gods, and because of that link, the "angels" were able to procreate with mankind.
The first God, is also the last.So, in the story the gods came here, saw us as primitives and gave us a leg up so to speak, and aeons later it is that species of life that returns, evolved and created, and starts the process all over
And the first shall become the last....
As I read this I recalled the Charge of the Goddess, in which we are told that we will find all that we seek with, for it has always been with us.

This is a very nice number. Invert it and it comes out 951, a Hebrew equivalent for The Book of the Law!

I may be thinking about this toooooo hard. This is more than about the next step. It seems to be about every step, much like the poem of Christ being with the person in the poem “Footprints in the sand”.
There seems to be a double intender here as end is equal to last, and seems to say ‘for thee has been with them from the first and will be with them to the last and will be with them to the end of their desire’.
