There are a number of Thelemic groups and individuals in and around London. I am based here too. There is one OTO that organises on a lde basis and another that doesn't, and there's even a Thelemic group run under the public persona of a Druid order.
PM me with whereabouts you live and we can meet somewhere,

I too am in London. In fact I work every day at London Undergound stations all over the metropolis.

And here is an oddity. Occasionally in the course of my work I will assist people who are quite evidently Freemasons, and I make it known to those people that I too am a Freemason by using one of those phrases that sound innocuous to étrangeres but are immediately recognised by Brethren.

But I do the same to people who I think may have knowledge of Thelema - I am a fellow-traveller. At Camden Town, Tottenham Court Rd, Earl's Court... all over London one sees these people who have the Thelemite look, and to these people I utter a single 2-digit number that would definitely be recognised by a true Thelemite. I have never had a reaction - just people looking at me as if I am some kind of *idiot-savant *who has dropped some matches.
Even a woman who had a tattoo of a unicursal hexagram on her back looked totally blank.

      Is Thelema so rare?

Perhaps we should start a breakway London OTO.

      We could have this motto:
      Don't live a little, live a LOTO.

        Hey,
I'm a musician in London and really interested in meeting people who study the law of thelema.
If you would be of any assitance please email me
