On MY Birthday I like to dress up, listen to good music, watch a funny show, eat great food, have some Cake, and get into bed as many times as possible.
I wrote a dedication ritual for myself, right before I turned 18, and that was pretty significant. Fill your heart with love, and let it flow.

There are a few days left for my birthday so I still have time to plan .Thank you for the wishes in advance.
This year is said to be a very powerful one in terms of the occult and before this year I have only had good parties and fun.I want this year to be meaningful .I have decided to spend the morning with my loved ones after which in the afternoon I want to dedicate a part of this meaningful day to my spiritual progress and Thelema.Good Food and other things go without saying.
A Dedication Ritual sounds interesting .I was looking for something that could summarize what this new year could mean for me spiritually and I want to be doing something significant does not have to be a ritual but might as well be I want it to signify my first steps on an enlightened path.
PS I dont have any ritual equipment and not a lot of time but I want to do what I can in this time and make it happen.

I always congratulate the parents, especially the Mother on childrens Birthdays. I have gone to many kids birthday parties and make it a point to connect with the parents as well as the child.
One my Birthday I honor my parents and my ancestors. Part of my self dedication was this acknowledgment , of where I had come from, where I was at that moment, and where I wanted to go.

So I've decided after the morning with the loved ones to add a past life meditation and I'm thinking of doing something which signifies how this year is going to be my stepping stone to bring about mental physical emotional and spiritual success in my life , something like the dedication ritual you spoke about .Still need a few suggestions and details with it though .

Well then,
I was thinking that maybe you would like to do an act in which,
like a snake you are shedding your old skin,
your old thought patterns habits behaviors,
you could could symbolically pretend a pair of your old underwear, or some other personal article of clothing was the embodiment of the past you.
You could give it back to the earth and bury it, or burn it.
Then you could gift yourself with a symbolic article of jewelry, or some other such item, or perfume that each day as you adorn yourself with you are recognizing your health, and life and love and other such positive, like the snake with his new skin.You could easily write a simple but effective ritual of sorts, saying goodby to the old you, thanks for everything....and hello new me....I dedicate myself to this new me, this new life that I am embarking on....

that's a good idea, and a Solar Return chart in specific, cast & interpreted - the idea of doing this is to get in touch with the natural flow of your Will, to consciously align yourself with whatever the Universe has to bring you as an experience during the upcoming year.
