I think the pattern you are thinking about is 22 sets of 10 verses each. The first set of 10 verses runs Kether to Malkuth, repeated in each subsequent set of 10. These sets map to the 22 Hebrew letters.
You don't really want to know what I got for 2:76. (I wrote it as a fast-as-I-could-type spoof, and then sat back dumbstruck that it actually made sense. That should have been my first clue something was wrong.
) My real feelings about 2:76 is that there is no solution. Crowley was only told that someone would expound - and, of course, it was inevitable that MANY someones would come along and pound out their individual gospel on the topic.@Dar es Alrah said

The "before" is an error. The heliacal rising in Egypt during the Middle Kingdom period was approximately July 17.
CORRECTION: That was for a later period. See below.
The middle of the Middle Kingdom was approximately 1850 BCE. In the year the Sun conjoined Sirius on May 29, and then moved on so that Sirius would lag behind sufficiently to eventually be visible a brief moment before sunrise. This occurs when Sirius is 7 degrees of altitude above the horizon at sunrise. In 1850 BCE this occurred on July 14 or 15.

Can you ask a more specific question? Do you mean (for example) the date of its heliacal rising?
It's celestial longitude would have been unchanged, within a couple of minutes.
The Egyptian priesthood actually inaugurated the Sothic Era - the era based on Sirius - in 2767 BCE. Not quite 400 years earlier, in 3130, the Harakhte Era ("Horus of the Horizon" - for most purposes, Ra-Hoor-Khuit) was inaugurated on the morning of the heliacal rising of Sirius.
