The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram
-
93 For meditation I perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram then The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram for neutral space and then The Middle Piller . I noticed the days I use LBRH sometimes I'm in more of a bad mood then normal . I have been told I should try invoking hexagrams instead . I know the LBRH banishes positive planitery forces . Wondered what people thought of this and I am doing the hexagrams the correct way . Thank you 93/93

While you might want to try the invoking hexagram anyway, I doubt that this is the issue here.
I'd suggest you compare it to NOT doing the hexagram ritual. (Just use the pentagram for a while.) The hexagram ritual deals with a quite different force, and that may be where the issue lies. It may be quite unnecessary for what you are doing.

I have personally noticed the effects of the lirh are much less subtle. The lbrp is great and has great cumulative effects, but the Hexagram ritual seems to be more.......supernatural? hhaha, as in, i notice a change in the physical atmosphere of the room...and get that creeping feeling that is most closely associated with fear....more like excitement i guess.
Have you noticed this? -
When I first started doing ritual I often found that doing the LBRP and the LBRH back to back would leave me feeling rather drained or overtaxed energetically, so maybe that's contributing to your "bad mood". I know that I've often experienced the results of pushing myself too far in ritual as something very much like depression (sometimes combined with flu-like physical symptoms). Because of this I generally stopped doing the LBRH unless I felt compelled to do so, and even now when I can handle these energies much better, I still rarely employ the LBRH. About the only time I use it these days is when for one reason or another I feel the need to have a magical tabula rasa to work with, as I generally experience its effects as a real clearing out of energy rather than the purifying & balancing effect that I get from the LBRP. In fact, I often find it actually counteracts many of the effects of an LBRP.

93 I thank everyone for the advise I will use it . L.V.X. 93/93

I notice, when i properly perform the LBRH I feel a tightness in the center of my skull begin to form after I hit the East to West quarter.
That's just me, but it's been consistent. For the most part it's contributed to my knowledge of initiation in a very big way. I recommend you continue to try it. -
The friendly ghost is correct.
All it takes is an improperly formed pentagram..
sometimes a few degrees off of True east, south, west, or north..
and the electromagnetic balance of the ritual with the universe is thrown off.
Remember, to perform without lust of result. (The ego-loss part of the process, sir Kasper.)
