"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law" Good evening every one! My name is Ouida (pronounced Weeda) it is good to be here. I am very new to the idea of Thelema, Magick and The Book of the Law. I am not currently a member of Thelema but I am looking to join. So far I have been to only one meeting or should I say Mass. The meetings that are near me are on the other side of my state (Connecticut) or in Manhattan NY. So I am willing to make the sacrafice and travel either place.
I am middle aged and have come face to face with what I need for myself, when I read the statement "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law" and read up on what it meant everything fell in place... but I must be honest I know nothing and need much teaching ... what to get... what to read... and any fellowship I can get for I know no one.
Finally I am so happy I found this forum, can I say God Bless you all

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
Welcome!

It's entirely up to you if you're a Thelemite or not. Thelema isn't an order or organization. Not to be confused with A∴A∴, O.T.O. etc. which are Thelemic orders, but they are not necessary for one to be a Thelemite. The Law is for all. Just the fact that you've given the law in your post and said you "came face to face with what you need for yourself" makes me consider you one of us.

About Thelema, besides the Book of the Law, check: The Message of The Master Therion; Liber OZ; The Law of Liberty, among others. Just search and you'll easily find. If you want more magical and mystical stuff, check all of the Libri.
Love is the law, love under will.
