Thelema 6=5

Although Crowley'an Thelema is separate from GD ritual, Thelema actually incorporates massive GD ritual and grasp. Unlike most Thelemites I usually recommend intrinsic study of DG atleast through 6=5. Of course, Crowley himself (unofficially, howbeit through Mathers 7=4) departed from GD Inner Order claiming too much arbitrariness and too many unqualified appelatives. True enough, GD Inner teachings and rituals stem from more or less personal opinion and choice than actual implication of implicit teachings. The proof of this, of course, lay in the diversification of GD organizations and teachings. Crowley, on the other hand, held to the innate implicity of the fundamentals, and therein lay the foundations of Thelema. Due to Crowley's stern adherence to the intricacies of Ritual, combined with his intricate understanding and grasp of the Mystical Teachings, in 1904 the stage was set for his meeting with his own Genius Daemon, Aiwass! It is of necessity that anyone wishing to actually understand the intricate workings of Thelema should first follow the same path as that of the Master himself. Wishing to separate himself and his followers from GD influence, Crowley devised his own set of instructions which he felt would aid in the understanding of the innate Inner Order Rituals. Unfortunately, however, this goal has not been realized; in fact, the opposite has actually taken place, as with the wide diversification of GD Inner Order teachings. Thelema, by necessity, needs to return to its GD origins until one's Genius Daemon is self-realized. Then and only then can the Book of the Law be correctly grasped and understood. Sincerely, (1) Do What Thou Wilt is the Whole of the Law (2) Love is the Law, Love Under Will (3) There is no Law beyond Do What Thou Wilt (4) Thou Hast No Right but to Do Thy Will (5) The Law is for ALL! In the name of the Master Therion himself, from the Heart of the DAX, may of the Darkness therein lead us into all knowledge and understanding! DAX10

Is he referring to the AA system or to Thelema in general?
If the former, then it might be worth knowing that the GD curriculum up to 5=6 is covered in the AA 1=10 syllabus. (because AA opens the initiate up to Yetzirah at 2=9, which doesn't happen in GD until 5=6).
If the latter than I disagree entirely because you could happily be a Thelemite and never touch ceremonial magick.
