Moving up

Hello ALL!
So, it seems to be my understanding that when we go and move things around with our bodies and walk around, this action is taking place in the sphere of Malkuth. And from what I've heard astral travel operates in the sphere of Yesod. First question, does each sphere of the tree have it's own dominion of control? Second question, the book of the law says to extend your powers to all aspects of your universe. This being the case, would it be wise to move up the tree directly as it is built? and if so, what is needed to be achieved to have mastery of malkuth? -

"And from what I've heard astral travel operates in the sphere of Yesod."
Well, that's not exactly right.
Astral "travel" (so-called) occurs in the World of Yetzirah. There is a strong symbolic relationship between Yesod and Yetzirah, but they shouldn't be mistaken for each other. The entire Tree of Life exists within Yetzirah.
In the A.'.A.'. work in particular, each step up the Middle Pillar is also a world transition. The 1=10 begins working in Malkuth in Assiah, but then opens (primarily using the Path of Tav as the basis of the power) to Malkuth in Yetzirah as a preliminary to opening to Yesod in Yetzirah at 2=9.
In comparison, astral work wasn't begun in the original Golden Dawn until 5=6. The G.D. Second Order is where the openiong to Yetzirah occurs, not in the passage to Yesod (even though the symbolic correspondence between Yesod and Yetzirah is maintained in their doctrine).
"Second question, the book of the law says to extend your powers to all aspects of your universe. This being the case, would it be wise to move up the tree directly as it is built?"
For the first sentence, I don't remember that quote anywhere in Liber L., though of course it's a good idea. As for the second sentence, yes, the best development is up the Tree step-by-step.
"and if so, what is needed to be achieved to have mastery of malkuth?"
The best approach I know is that given in the A.'.A.'. 1=10 Grade which is: Having fullfilled the task of a Probationer, do the following:
ordoaa.org/grade1.htmPS - I probably shouldn't have skipped asking you to clarify "mastery of Malkuth to what level?" For now, I'll stick with my answer.

everywhere I turn, I am reminded that I need to get those books. lol.
P.S. as far as my supposed quote from Liber L, I was just reading Duty and ended up paraphrasing something from that without remembering exactly where it came from.
