Attributions in the Epicurious

Blessed day be to all who accept the law.
Has anyone ever considered the culinary attributions of the qabbalah?Danke,

Only broadly.
There is a substantial astrological literature on food. Some of it is obvious and simple - Venus rules sweet, Mars hot and pungent, Jupiter rich, Saturn bitter and astringent, etc. Some of it is herbal - the gigantic Medieval literture on herbs and the planets (e.g., Culpepper.
There are also more symbolic attributions. For example, Temple of Thelema has three degrees the preparation for which involves a period of eating a diet aligned with one of the three Gunas - the Bhagavad Gita gives an excellent start for this, but it has to be seen with eyes of modern food principles and health. For example, Tamas corresponds to spoiled and rotten foods just as it corresponds to the Untouchables in the caste system - this is best understood today as perfectly good foods that are created by natural processes of spoilage and comparable chemical and biological means.
Aurum Solis has a rich development of wines corresponding to each planetary type.

hmm, that is interesting, have you ever seen a list of recipes prepared according to their ingredients attributions?

No, I haven't.
There might be one somewhere, though! <vbg>

Yeahy, yeah, well-known... but not Qabalistic!
Plus, a lot of the guests didn't want the steaks after they heard he missed random sexual fluids into the solution.
