I had noticed before, that Beth is drawn differently on each of the Magus cards. Is there significance to this ? Only one of them appears to have been drawn "correct" (as far as my limited knowledge goes).

Also, on one of them the symbol for Mercury and Beth appear on different sides of the card name.

The Thoth deck was an ongoing project. Like all such projects, there were bad attempts, changes of direction, and all sorts of things which normally cause (say) a writer's wastebastket to become filled with wadded sheets of discarded paper.

There is only one final, approved (by Crowley), legitimate card. The people selling these cards as a commercial product have added discarded earlier attempts, probably to boost interest in their version of the product. Dump the two extras unless you want them as curios.

Does it matter if I use one of the others ?

I feel a particular affinity towards the one with eight arms.

I suppose it only matters to you.

It's not the Thoth Deck if you do ... but, whatever.

In her early drafts of The Fool, Frieda Harris used the face of Harpo Marx. The images are interesting as historical curiosities, but they're rather unnerving and I'm glad they got dumped! 😀

Here if you want to buy one. 😀

(PS to the Site Administrator: Maybe you can get a Harpo Marx emoticon. 😀 )
