Jim had previously said that the A.'.A.'. teaches all avenues of magick as a complete system.

I was wondering if the A.'.A.'. taught Hermetic sciences and alchemy?

    Thanks,
    Kenneth

I think I hedged my words a little better than that - possible "all the main methods" or some such. 😉

"I was wondering if the A.'.A.'. taught Hermetic sciences and alchemy?"

There is little direct alchemical instruction, although the processes end up being applied to the aspirant in the course of their going.

For Hermetics - can you itemize which ones you're asking about? Some are definitely included.

None. (The Emerald Tablet is quoted in one Class D document that isn't required and, in any case, is only quoted. The Kybalion is from entirely outside the system. IIRC it was at least reviewed in The Equinox.)
