Only in the end shalt thou give up thy sap when the great God F.I.A.T. is enthroned on the day of Be-With-Us. - CCCLXX:7

What is the meaning of F.I.A.T.? Is it another name for Heruraha?

There are several meanings layered in here. The two most immediate: Fiat is the Latin word for "let it be!" Also, the letters of the word are the initials of the Latin words for Air, Fire, Water, Earth respectively (the Elements in the sequence of the chakra assignments): Flatus, Ignis, Aqua, Terra.

In the Latin Qabala Simplex, Fiat has the value of 34. Among the other entries with this value, we find:

ALPHA - Alpha (the Greek A); indicative of beginnings, commencement, First Cause, etc.
    ANIMA - Life (fem.), soul
    APEP - Apophis
CALX - Lime, limestone; root of “calcination” (alchemical stage corresponding to Aries)
    S.S. - (a common notariqon)

    93,

FIAT refers to the 4-in-1 (like Horus), the 4 elements in 1 quintessence, and also as Eshelman notes.. means 'let there be...' as in Fiat Lux (let there be light).

When FIAT is enthroned, your 'self' is annihilated in 'Unity'... the day of 'Be-with-us' (K&C of HGA, Union with God, etc.)
