Gluten

I am new to the forum & have a very candid, explicit question & hope that I can get just as candid of a response.
I am a seasoned practitioner of Sex Magick - but in all of my workings I have utilized my monthly fluids for the preparation of Elixir Rubeuse...I was taught this Magick by my grandmother who was a witch in her own right. I have recently, in my studies, come across references to something called "The Gluten of the White Eagle"...in my grandmother's teachings, I was taught of the Woman as being the "Red Eagle of Death"(hence my name) but what on earth is the White Eagle & what is It's "Gluten"?...intuitionally I would think it either represented the lubricative fluids or the femanine ejaculate - but, since my grandmother is now dead, I cannot go to her for an answer. Anyone here familiar with this term & know what it is?

Welcome to the forum.
Broadly, non-blood female sexual fluids. You're on the right track, because these were historically thought to be limited to female lubrication and almost certainly include female ejaculate.
But that's just the physical aspect. The spiritual aspect is even more important IMHO, and it's the inner sexual essence of the woman brought into the act. The union of the male and female sexual fluids in the traditional formulae is important, but far less important than the union of their non-material aspects.

So how is this used Magically(on the physical plane)? Would it be more akin to the Sun(assuming the Lion's Blood is still utilized) entering the New Moon as opposed to the Full Moon? What are the effects or intentions generally caused by/used for this operation? I was taught that a Woman's power resided in Her Full Moon & that the Magical Force was at It's prime when the two Bloods joined...what is the power of the lubricative fluid & female ejaculation - aside fron the ecstatic state produced?

I like your direct questions. I'm at a disadvantage in answering them because most of what I know was learned under obligation, and the most direct answers to your questions are pretty much out of the core of what I received that way. (I'm sure I'm also at a disadvantage on this one by being a man.)
So I have to look for answers that either are fully accessible outside of the sanctuaries of initiation, or that I learned on my own without reliance on formal instruction.
Let me start by saying that I don't disagree with a single affirmative statement you've made above.
The methods of use are part of the practical instruction I can't discuss, but basics aren't hard to find in available (usually pirated) literature. It's not "more akin to the Sun," though... the original formulation is to regard the Eagle (female) as white and the Lion (male) as red. These do mingle and acquire each other's characteristics in the transmutative process (see Crowley's discussion of Atu XIV, Art, in The Book of Thoth). Red is the color of life white of death - red of day and white of night - in Heraldry, red is the color used to represent gold (the Sun), as white is used to represent silver (the Moon). So it is actually the female red product that more resembles the Sun (please don't miss the italics).
Most of the mysteries of "the blood of the Moon" have been withheld in conventional teachings and wrapped up in taboo. I hold that this is (1) because it is more directly powerfyul and (2) because Western culture in the last couple of thousands of years was loathe to admit that something so incredibly powerful was innately invested in women.
I did say a few things in the following thread that might be of some use or interest in the present one:

...more resembles the Sun in appearance or in function? I need a bit more clarification on this statement.

Function.

This grandmother of your's sounds like she was a pretty interesting lady...was she a member of any Order? I only ask that because I am curious to know how she came to this Understanding.

AFAIK, she was only a member of The Daughters of the Nile - I have no idea what they do though...OTOH, she did have a certain affinity for P.B. Randolph.

I believe I am missing something here...is this statement based simply on the correspondance of color? How can a Lunar effulgent resemble the Sun more than a Solar one? Is not the Light of the Sun the source of Life whereas Luna is the Chalice that catches that Light & reflects it as the Arrows or Lunar Shafts that Illuminate the Child?

No. It's based on experience of its operation. - To give only one piece of the matter, there is more life in it!
"How can a Lunar effulgent resemble the Sun more than a Solar one?"
Possibly we are miscommunicating. I mean that it is more like the Sun than the is the White Gluten.
"Is not the Light of the Sun the source of Life whereas Luna is the Chalice that catches that Light & reflects it as the Arrows or Lunar Shafts that Illuminate the Child?"
Yes. And that's the function of the white. But not of the red.
