From my understanding of things, everything, everything, everything moves in some sort of cycle, or pattern.
Some cycles are as small as the blink of an eye, and other cycles take "forever" (ie the movements of planets and such).

You are building, you are moving, you are doing.....sometimes we stop and catch our breathe, look around, and then we either move on forward, or change our course and move on in a new direction.

When we work, we grow and growth can hurt. But like our muscles, they get bigger and stronger the more we use them.
