what are the benefits of Liber Resh?
-
My daily practice is as follows,
15 minutes of mantra meditation, LBRP, LBRH, MP and I top it off with the Bornless Ritual (all twice a day). Tomorrow I'm starting the path working meditations Jim advised in the Qabalah sub forum (I memorized the letters, names, numerical order, and tarot correspondence first).
I've had a strong sensation to reach outwards to the HGA. Sounds wrong but I'm getting a nudge to try to interact with the HGA as if it were an external entity. I'll try it a week or two and drop it if it does not produce anything of interest.
Now I came upon Liber Resh. Funny I thought Resh and Samekh were Greek words until this last week
Liber Resh looks like it's doing what I think I want to do, to reach outwards to the divine.
I tried Liber Resh years ago for a day or two and did not find it to my liking. I don't remember why. I'm going to give it another shot starting with the midnight salutation.
What are the benefits of Liber Resh?
It seems like a concentration practice to remind yourself of the Work. Are there other benefits? -
Among many other results, the most important to me is that consistantly, the first thing I think about when I wake up is aspiring to the K&C of the HGA. That allows me to dedicate myself to the GW for the day, before even wiping the sleep from my eyes. The second thing, I identify the Sun with my HGA in a much stronger way that I have before, and it seems to grow. This helps to sense a "constant presence". Third, I've been able to gain a much deeper meaning of the symbol of the reflection of the sun upon the moon, bringing the Tree of Life to life, so to speak.
Someone said it before, but it dials me into the proper frequency.
