I don't think theres a purely thelemic definition for this. But In qabalah which is the basis of western occultism, there are 3 parts of the soul which are Nephesh, Rauch , and neschamah. These can be broken down into further groups. I cant find good definitions right now because im not at home. But i think if you research this further you can find what your looking for.

The Qabalistic model of the psyche does offer some near equivalents.

The Body, I would say, is the Guph (the ethiric matter that the physical body uses as a template to grow on) corresponding to Malkuth.

The Spirit would be the Yechidah (the primal essence of us) with, perhaps, the Chiah (the life-force), corresponding to Kether and Chokmah, respectively.

The Soul would be everything in between, in all it's glorious, frustrating complexity.

    Just my thoughts.
