I do not know the specifics. He asked all his lady students to write him letters with their questions (This is why I always recommend you read the foreword, preface and introductions - your question is answered there).

Iti s commonly said that they were all written to Jane Wolfe - and many of them were (the best example coming to mind is the letter on Authority). Possibly most of them in the body of the book were to her, but not the extra ones usually published at the front as lead-in letters.
