Who is it that says to Hadit, "Well, someone certainly thinks well of himself?"

This isn't a trick question or a jab. This is a real question.

What is the proper name of the function or state of consciousness that doubts and condemns Hadit?

This may or may not have any bearing on what you are asking,

If Hadit is the masculine principle....XY
And Nuit is the Female. XX

Given that I personally do not have any genetic damagedd of my chromosomes, I am 100 percent female. That's what makes me such a girlie girl.....I have sisters who are Xy, and are, well, Not so comfortable with hair bows, and high heels, handbags, apron, chicken soups, and sex.

I have no Y, no masculinity at all....

But you, you male.....you are only 50 percent male, 50 percent is female.

So then I would say that the factor that is belittling Hadit, must be that X factor......

    "must be that X factor......"

    Ha!
    Such style, as always. 😄

You could look at it as Tetragrammaton and say that what kindles the Father in the formula is the purified Daughter taking her throne.
So... Earth, crystalized Truth, as a conduit for pure expression.

Though I think "belittles" is a debatable choice of wording. My way of looking at the Family has always been as absolute concepts of Nature and Manifestation.
    Like:
Nuit - Magnetism --Mother-- --Water-- Nigredo
Hadit - Electricity --Father-- --Fire-- Albedo
Horus - Colour(the spectrum) --Son-- --Air-- Citrinnitas
    Ma'at - Resonance(geometry) --Daughter-- --Earth-- Rubedo

This is more of a dance, all equal, all positive and creative. No belittling involved, just continuation.

Some questions don't have a correct answer outside of the context of the original question. I mention this because it seems to me that this question "came from somewhere" - something inspired it that isn't stated here - and my first impression is that the original context gives a truer question than the one you actually asked. Just saying...

But, to take the question as asked...

The way you asked it in the first line, the answer is the Ruach, specifically the solar or egoic function in the Ruach. The question is an ego-challenge, a projection from that part of the psyche.

In your third paragraph, you asked the question differently. The answer to that would be, "Well, either the Nephesh or the Ruach, depending." (It depends on whether "doubt" is an emotional condition or an intellectual function.)
