They say : "I am here," and intrinsically, "I am going to" (some where)
Wherein derives the need for Silence
Obligation
You have chosen to undergo a particular path
All shall be revealed in its given time
Going about, willy-nilly, you may say "Ah!"
When you could be going "ZOMGWTFICANNOWHOAEHSHITLWKEHKALSDF!!!!11one"
"How did I not see this? So obvious!"
