YAHUSHU

Since ye have Reverberated as such.
The Arcana comes from AL II.52
- There is a veil: that veil is black. It is the veil of the modest woman; it is the veil of sorrow, & the pall of death: this is none of me. Tear down that lying spectre of the centuries: veil not your vices in virtuous words: these vices are my service; ye do well, & I will reward you here and hereafter.
52= 2*26 Khu
Absolute verse=118, in reverse 103 (13) and 13th page of manuscript in chapter 2
Begins 13th letter on manuscript page61 words in the verse, ends letter 242=2121 = 2211
There is much more but this is all I can disclose at this time.
-
Well, yes I did just revertibrate that I didn't know myself....
But it was interesting....Which actually wasn't what I meant,
I meant that I don't know much at all about what you are talking about, to say one way or another anything interesting about it myself.Are you saying here
"In reverse 103"
that you counted the letters backwards? If so that is an interesting idea. -
Yes, I found the formulas of reversal and inversion are one of the keys to the Book. So 103 is the number of this verse (from a total number of verses, not by chapter) counting backwards. Also when analyzing a specific verse, you have to count and analyze forward and backward because there are Keys in both directions. I've been studying the Qabalistic derivation of this verse, but I think I need to invoke to understand my notes. It does seem similar to other formulas that use a 3 part godform, such as IAF/Ra-Hoor-Khuit. Likely those formulas could be used to derive a ritual representing the force, but I've not tried it yet. If I can make sense of my notes, I'll post how it was derived from the verse. Like all the verses though, they expand into their own book(s) (there are probably hundreds or thousands of books that are contained in AL, enough to fill a public library) and theres much more to this verse than the word, but it seems important and worthy of research.

Well, that's neat. Thanks for clarifying that. I've never personally felt any need to look into things like that, doesn't fulfill any purpose for me. I'm glad to see that it does fullfill some need for you though, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your insights.

I remembered how I got the derivation. The string
'these vices are my service; ye do well,'
adds to 418 by a certain Gematria, when you remove the 'do' whose value is 13. It leaves 28 letters in the string which is the Mystical number of Netzach implying Venus, and relates to the 28th path for Atu XVII also implying Venus. Removal of a Key from a string (13) to make another Key is common, like turning the tumblers in a lock to match a Key.
There are 6 other Keys in the string that adds up to 418. The first one is 'thesev' which is 93. It is common to apply multiple Gemeatria to Keys like this such as Hebrew, Jewish, and Greek. In Jewish, 'thesev' is 908, which also equates to YAHUSHUA. In English, it is equivalent to YESHUA. And again in Simple, it is YESHUA. While 'thesev' is not a Key in Hebrew, YAHUSHU is (93). Again the formula of removal comes into play, by removing the last 'A' and using Samekh-Heh (65=ADNI) instead of Shin, the value is 93. By a series of Qabalistic operations applied to a specific Key, a system of strong correspondences revealed not only another Key, but a Key of the same value. This is a common technique used in AL, and when this type of string is found, my experience shows it is related to a formula that applies to other elements of the verse. In this case, the formula of IAF may apply, as well as YAHUSHU and Venus, as forces of energy to be applied to the formula and other artifacts in the verse.

I would like to provide a Tarot arrangement for you, and describe how it links to AL, from this same verse. It explains why I do what I do as a Thelemic Scholar, and I hope it gives you a new arrangement which is verifiable by Keys. This is to be considered a secret arrangement taken directly from the Book of the Law. My analysis is governed by none other than the Thelemic Keys and the laws of addition.
In AL II.52, there is a sequence of 10 numbers
25 23 2 24 4 1 24 10 25 23
Whose Key is 161.
It is also
"eil:that vei"
An anagram of this Key is:
LEVITATE HI
=666 by eng.
=111 by simp.In Hebrew Qabalah
LEVITA = 61
A TITHE = 39The Arrangement below yields Hebrew=61, Atu=50 = 111
LEVITA

The force in this arrangement spreads from the middle out.
The first and the last are Keys (31) as are several others.

Edit - this has been tuned up. Turns out it was not as bad as I thought, there was an extra Aiwass/MZLA Key in there. Fixed now and cross checked. The Key Segment with the Tarot above is in the second Key block, 161 of 10 letters (the 78 is part of the 161, not in addition). There is much more in that block than the Tarot arrangement.

So I find a Keyword in AL (YAHUSHU) and a poster named JOSHUA shows up on the thread . Thats the way it works. If you ever need a Magickal name, this might be a good one that gives you a 93!
Thank you for the link. I have not studied those verses in depth yet, but the string adds up to 351 based on the system hidden on page 61 of the manuscript (page 16 chapter 3). Check out 351 in Sepher Sephiroth (it is not a Key per se like the others, but a very important number along the lines of a checksum). In this thread, I will keep focus on the verse at hand. I am well beyond any debates on this cipher or that Qabalah. I use them all, and other techniques, and I produce valid and verifiable (both mathematical and literary and other) results with Keys with methods and Formulas based on the Thelemic Keys. But thanks for the link, I look forward to reading more of it in detail.
