Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.

I was wondering what are the biggest differences between men's and women's spiritual path. I remember Crowley said something that i interpretated at that time like "women cant be initiated... they can equilibrate themselves but not initiate". Does that remind you of an actual quote or of others related? So, that would mean, for instance, if a woman is an Adept Major, it is not by initiation. She was already at AM level mystically, or close to it, all her life. The only things initiation in a system up to AM grade teach her was actualy left and right pillar, but nothing new in the middle one. If she's supposed to advance no further than AM, she will not. What do you think?

Of course that would be in some ways true for men also. But it seems there's a difference in the degree of truth. Could we say all women are at least half stepped in Yetziratic consciousness? Could we say a man, from the moment he works hard on the left and right, he will rise on the middle naturally from that, whatever his will?

Could we go as far as saying initiation is mostly middle pillar for men, mostly left and right for women?

I remember also Crowley said something close to "women cant be masons", or i might have badly misinterpreted or memorised once again. Any thoughts on this? Would it relate with above questions?

"I remember Crowley said something that i interpretated at that time like "women cant be initiated... they can equilibrate themselves but not initiate"."

    Quite a stretch.

"Does that remind you of an actual quote or of others related?"

It does, but nothing relevant. Just the usual Aleph stuff.

"So, that would mean, for instance, if a woman is an Adept Major, it is not by initiation."

    ❓ ❓ ❓

"She was already at AM level mystically, or close to it, all her life."

Not sure what you mean by being at a level "mistically". The only thing that comes to mind is a reincarnated Adept, but that happens to men too. 🙄

"The only things initiation in a system up to AM grade teach her was actualy left and right pillar, but nothing new in the middle one. If she's supposed to advance no further than AM, she will not. What do you think?"

Did you mean Adeptus Minor? I think you did. Anyway, once again, not sure what you mean. But women can advance further. Much further.

"Of course that would be in some ways true for men also."

Assuming it's "true" for women on the first place...

"Could we say all women are at least half stepped in Yetziratic consciousness?"

    No?

"Could we say a man, from the moment he works hard on the left and right, he will rise on the middle naturally from that, whatever his will?"

"Could we go as far as saying initiation is mostly middle pillar for men, mostly left and right for women?"

    No?

"I remember also Crowley said something close to "women cant be masons", or i might have badly misinterpreted or memorised once again. Any thoughts on this? Would it relate with above questions?"

    Unrelated.

I think this is a great time to apply common sense rather than taking quotes at face value (or applying any value to them at all).

Generally speaking, I would mark two distinctions:
Men, follow a more 'feminine' path, entailing an embrace of emotion
Women, follow a more 'maculine' path, entailing and embrace of reason

Upon reaching Adept hood, while the content of the experiences may differ greatly,
I surmise the ordeals them selves shall be similar
