Spiritual vs. Physical healing

I spent 3 months in the hospital last year after being hit by a car whilst walking home. When I came to in the hospital, I was on everything from fentenyl to that shit that killed Michael Jackson. After they brought me off the heavier stuff, I remembered I was vegan, and a Thelemite.
The more I focused on what I had been learning as a Thelemite, the more I remembered and the better I felt.
I noticed during my period of recovery that the more time I spent in meditation and true study, the better my body felt and responded. Now that I am back in the saddle doing my thing, I spend most of the time learning and balancing myself, and I now have no more problems with my body. I had broken tibias and a broken wrist.
I also note that when I combine certain herbs or supplements, my body healed up faster. In particular were two: MSN w/glucosamine. My knees felt much better very fast after starting to take them. The other is cannabis. On days when I did not consume cannabis during my recovery, it seems the weakness from the uttermost ends of darkness kept ahold of my body better. Contrariwise, when I did imbibe this sacrament, my body seemed to heal up faster in only a few short days.
I am interested in other's views on purifying the body with spiritual cleansing, and how dramatic it can be.

I'd say first of all accept the injury, observe it, and relate it to the true will, as weird as it may seem in the first place. As a part of Nuit it has to be loved and aknowledged, and in its own purpose it is perfect. I thanked Nuit for a broken limb and still do as weird as it may seem. I sometimes kiss my limb and bless it, thanking it for the help it brings in the great work and probably it has helped it regain full mobility and power contrary to medical expectations.

This almost reminds me of Liber III vel Jugorum. Perhaps broken limbs are the razor-blade cuts of our Angels.

Well, I've found that a half hour or more of asana will clear my sinuses.
More seriously, Philip Kapleau in The Three Pillars of Zen has stories of people who, after practicing rigorously at a Zen retreat, found that persistent health problems like asthma had gone away. I'd always wondered how Crowley, with his asthma, could have pursued yoga and other practices as he did, but maybe the discipline of meditation actually has this health benefit. -
I concur with this idea. I believe in meditation, one can become aware of certain rhythms of the body, especially how chakras interact with eachother through nadis. I believe it is possible to clear pathways for energy with meditation.
A forced way of doing this is with psychedelic drugs. Though it has been proven that dosed individuals use more of their brain, and a "forced" energy is coursed through the nadis, an individual can still become confused about the experience on the way back down, and forget how to harness this most pure energy.
When all chakras are activated properly, I believe the body turns into the merkaba and is capable of manifesting energy from higher dimensions on this plane.
