The Seven
-
According to Crowley, there were seven adepts at any one point in time in human history upon the Earth that were bestowed each one seventh of the ancient wisdom. They never met in person, but met through the art of "dreaming true".
I've read Crowley state this in some of his more serious writing, as well as in his perceptibly fictitious work.
Might Crowley have been one of these seven adepts in communion with the inner temple, and if so, might he have been kept from releasing very important information needed to survive in the future or near future?
I apologize, but I have not had my daily bowl of herbal medication, and my mind wanders too far sometimes when this is so. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to go continue to learn to enjoy boredom as a mind-blowing experience. I may just delete this post later.

I don't remember that quote. It sounds allegorical. Could you please provide the citation so I could comment on it in context?

Sure, sir Jim. I'll have to peruse through all my stuff of ACs, however one of the references alluding to more fictitious work is in the introduction to Atlas, the lost continent. Though in this work, the knowledge is just the knowledge of Atlas and does not speak of other knowledge.

Yeah, if it's only that reference that it is absolutely an allegorical statement.

It all seems, well to be frank, a little silly.
Perhaps there be a 7, though I do not believe they are the ones maintaining Wisdom.
It is available, accessible and accorded by all Adepts with whom their angel speaks.
There are even those who posses all by giving it entirely to each person they dine and greet.
