Lately after doing exercises, (SIRP, LBRP, etc) besides the usual results have been getting an anxious feeling on the left side of chest. Mediation hasn't given any answers, curious as to if this has happened to anyone else and what they did about it. Just for clarity don't believe it is a physical problem as not out of shape and only 40 years old.
    Any assistance would be appreciated

The body can produce all sorts of sensations for all sorts of reasons after these activities, but I think we need more clarifying information. (It's hard to assess over a forum without more information.)

Can you describe this more precisely? Specifically: "anxious" is a label (an interpretation) that doesn't actually describe the physical sensation you had. Could you please describe this in terms of physical sensation, i.e., what kind of sensation (pleasure, pain, pressure, etc.), it's exact location (including size of area), intensity, duration, etc.?

Also, since you used the word "anxious," were there mental or emotional states occurring with this (as distinguished from whatever worried state you had once you noticed the sensations)?

If there were both specific physical and specific psychological states, can you tell which one occurred first?

    Thanks.

It seems to be centered around the heart area, tends to be a tingle on the skin and a pressure inside the chest. This feeling stays in that area. This continues for a few hours afterwards. Next time it happens will see if there are any other issues as these are taken from memory.

Yes, please note and report. - If you are genuinely worried about this, you should see a doctor (especially if you have a history of cardiovascular disease in your family, etc.). I very strongly suspect it's nothing, but I can't assure you that it's nothing. (The body locks all sorts of sensations in the cells from events and, as we move through growth practices and psychological shifts, it releases these sensations so that we register them consciously.)

If you have seasonal allergies, consider that things are blooming now, and that the same areaoverlaps bronchial pathways. (Just a thought.)

Truly appreciate the answers you have given. Unfortunately since writing the original post this hasn't happen. If it happens again, will repost with more detail
