June 3 (Air) Liber LXV, Cap II, v. 52-53
-
52. I am the heart, and Thou the serpent. Wind Thy coils closer about me, so that no light nor bliss may penetrate.
53. All night they danced and sang; but Thou art the morning, O my darling, my serpent that twinest Thee about this heart.Beautiful verses - the Adept wrapped up in (by) the Angel. Totally absorbed, totally devoted, no light or bliss penetrating. There is no difference in such a complete union.
When all play is done, when our process is thought to be complete, the Angel comes into focus as our new day, our new beginning. The spiral steps lead onward and beyond.
