**41. And again I was caught up into the presence of my Lord Adonai, and the knowledge and Conversation of the Holy One, the Angel that Guardeth me.
    42. O Holy Exalted One, O Self beyond self. O Self-Luminous Image of the Unimaginable Naught, O my darling, my beautiful, come Thou forth and follow me.

Compared to the symbolism of the previous verses, which proved tough for me, these two are straightforward in their nature. They come from a place where the K&C of the HGA is occurring which sounds way to simple to even say and I wouldn't be able to do it justice with any amount of words (for one reason, I haven't had that experience myself)

Some things noted here that have been interesting to think about from the position of the aspirant. The Angel guards (I guess it should be obvious as it is in the name Holy Guardian Angel), is exalted (above), is the "self" beyond self (brings to mind Ipsissimus which means something like "he that is most himself"), and is self luminous (light extends from this point, center of the cross, within).

The Angel is adored and is the lover. I found it interesting that he tells the Angel to come forth and follow, but it may be playfully, a little foreplay.
