Liber LXV, Cap. III, v. 57-59
57. How shall I answer the foolish man? In no way shall he come to the Identity of Thee!
58. But I am the Fool that heedeth not the Play of the Magician. Me doth the Woman of the Mysteries instruct in vain; I have burst the bonds of Love and of Power and of Worship.
59. Therefore is the Eagle made one with the Man, and the gallows of infamy dance with the fruit of the just. -
Liber LXV, Cap. III, v. 57-59
57. How shall I answer the foolish man? In no way shall he come to the Identity of Thee!
58. But I am the Fool that heedeth not the Play of the Magician. Me doth the Woman of the Mysteries instruct in vain; I have burst the bonds of Love and of Power and of Worship.
59. Therefore is the Eagle made one with the Man, and the gallows of infamy dance with the fruit of the just.Second sentence in v. 57 may be understood to mean: for this kind of man, the manner in which he comes to the Identity of Thee is no-way, i.e. by worshiping Nuit.
v. 58 seems to point specifically to relationship of Tiferet & Hak'mah: The Magician - ATU I, The Woman of the Mysteries - ATU II; bonds of Love - 3, of Power - 5 and of Worship - 4. Thus looking from Tiferet, the focus is on He & Alef.
v. 59: Air & Water, Ruach & Neshamah united. The "low" and the "high", the "evil" and the "virtuous", etc. are seen as dancing together - each of that has its place, its function in the Dance of existence.
