"1. Had! The manifestation of Nuit."

She is both: addressing Had here, at the beginning of the Chapter & the whole Book, and saying that Had is the manifestation of Herself.
Each of us, in our starry essence, is manifestation of Her; it is this secret flame in each of us that is the "recipient" of this message (the Book).

NB: by analogy of 22 series of 10, this verse is Kether of Alef; and v.1 of Ch II is Netzah of Zayin.

"2. The unveiling of the company of heaven."

It has been veiled until now. Human beings have not before seen/understood the Truth that is to be presented by this Book.
The word unveiling brings to mind the Magical Image of Mal'kooth: this revealing pertains to that Resplendent Consciousness inherent to the innermost essence of our earthly existence.
The company of heaven: Nu, Had, RHK, but also - every man and every woman.
