How to help a friend who is seeing DT-related demons
-
I have a friend who says he's been visited by demons the past couple months. They manifest physically in his room and talk to him. He is not into the occult at all--really just a typical guy who goes to work, hangs out with his wife and kids, watches football and the like. He's been drinking a lot each day and my guess is that it's related to delirium tremens, since he said he wasn't drinking when it's happened.
He's really starting to get freaked out by these physical manifestations.
Obviously he needs to go to treatment for alcohol but I don't know if he will anytime soon. He went to a psych ward for several days and was given an anti-psychotic after the first time, but it's still happening.
What can I suggest to him? Should this be treated the same way as if a practicing occultist was seeing demons? If he was seeing Disney characters that talked to him, I would see it as purely a psychological issue, but he's getting so freaked out that it seems he may need a magical solution.
He lives far away so I can't banish his house. Maybe I could remotely. I can't suggest even the LBRP since that would be too complicated for him to do.
Thanks in advance.

I do not know any method of exorcism but the ones I know and I am sure you know them. As pointed out, the experience of doing them remotely is lacking. All you can do is offer your powers of suggestion.
If he were seeing Disney characters, do you think that the original collectors of demons who gave us the keys might have included "and will at times appear as Mickey Mouse in order to frighten you into submission?" I think they would have if Disney had a thing going on in the early history of man.
"There is hope and help in other spells," to me gives me so many options of acceptable treatment to consider in my own life. This person's karma you speak of is not mine nor yours to adjust, but we can offer him some light and we can hope.
ps. who are you to be so sure what is too complicated? Just show him the bare bones written script, let him hear you on the phone to perform it, maybe in his imagining you doing it next to him as you intone it over the phone, and you recommend he practice it, the LBRP might be just the pill.

LOL, I suppose they do take a variety of forms, even cartoons.
Good point. I'll mention the LBRP to him and he can decide. He was keen on some of the simpler things I suggested.
I feel an obligation to offer him guidance since he came to me specifically, knowing a little of my interests, and said he doesn't feel comfortable discussing it with anyone else outside of his therapist.
Thanks for your comments.
