Why "Every man and every woman"?

@Takamba said
"I have no words."
Don't you remember the shiny tugboat? Paris? You, me, Hemmingway, with Gertrude Stein steering in the back... Don't you remember Carol? Ohhh.... drools

"Unicorns dont do trendy
We make trendy."Duly noted!
"Or maybe I will study glaperastant and deonocforation and really wow the world."
And in my own vocabulary, floccinaucinihilipilification never appears... Sesquipedalian... (seriously, j/k)

Never is a very long time.
It never appears hmmmm......
Well maybe its because your not focusing right.
I was never able to see what was in those magic eye pictures.....and then....one day....I got so upset that I couldnt....and Takamba could.....I just believed and trusted and surrendered....and
Bang
I saw many images in the one.....So trust that if you keep looking and look with your heart and not just your eyes.....your thingambob will reveal itself.
Never say never.....
Which is just a silly thing to say and mathematically doesnt make sence. -

"This is where I want to have you, with us who are come thus far, in a state utterly detached from the Ego, so that you appear the plain Jane Wolfe 'doing your duty in that state of life to which it has pleased God to call you' and consequently unremarked—like a Rosicrucian, 'wearing the habit of the country in which you are traveling'—but trembling with interior illumination, so that the first relaxation of the constant conscious burden of Jane Wolfe, Soror Estai is automatically released, a pillar of Creative Light."
Are those the words of an enfeebled aged man? In my eyes I see the Magus of the Aeon of Horus exhorting one of his students to cross the Abyss. I am not an answer. You are. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uX39uHKAZHo

I found this little gem from a thread when I was digging about for info on my beloved Unicornness (which for a word should be promptly added to vocabulary lists IMHO).
I think it has a great deal to say to explain the original question of this thread so I am adding it here for the benefit of inquiring hearts and minds.

"I note this from Jim's commentary to Liber AL, 1:3. Every man and every woman is a star:
"“Star” is here, apparently, Khabs. Each of us is, at our core, Khabs; but our lives, our veils etc., are Khabs am Pekht, “Light in extension.” (I have developed this more extensively for initiates of the Artisan Degree of Temple of Thelema.) This, as 451 (the Greek Konx Om Pax), is of course the central idea of the name A.'.A.'.. Knowledge of self, and of our way, and of the world, is encompassed in the phrase, “Light in extension,” and our ability to witness that L.V.X. “Khabs” is related to Kokav, Mercury, “star” (hence the eight words of this verse?). Every man and every woman is Kokav."

Unicornness is a wonderful word.
You know me
Never satisfied
Till I find the answerIts that Secretarial side of me.
I can dot i 's and cross t's
I had the most beautiful expierence with the snow falling this morning. It was dark out and the light fluffy snow was falling qite persistantly when I brought my dogs out. The soft light from my back porch mde each flake seem to glow as it fell. I tipped my head back and looked up to see what seemed like the whole cosmos of stars falling down upon me, kissing my face and eyes with a wet cold burst. It was like the scene in StarWars when they jump into light speed and all the stars going rushing past in a blur.
The flakes themselves were seemingly like long extensions of light reaching and reaching out light a million potential suns whirling by as I streamed through the vast expanse of the endless sky.
It was beautiful.
And then one big flake plopped into my eye and reminded me that I had better focus on my pups before they wander and that my tummy needed some toast. -

I'm adding that to my lexicon, sis. I don't give a fuck, I'll tell all of the grammarians and doubters off!

Same.

Here ya go
Just off the top of my head
HahaFalling beams of light
Sprinkled from the sky
Little puffs of life
Twinkling in my eyeFalling faster lighter
Yet always ever clear
Flakes of snow beholden
Pulling the universe down nearFalling stars of laughter
Cascading to the ground
A million little glimpses
A massing all aroundMy eyes were filled with wonder
At the beauty of it all
A million little unicorns
Dancing down in freefallOne little flake of heaven
Different from all the rest
Came down with sweet kisses
And into my eye did bless -
