How literal is "in person" for College of Thelema?

Hello, this is my first message here. I'd like to eventually apply for A∴A∴, but at the moment my life is very hectic and so I'm looking for a preparatory alternatives, something to bring more structure to my current studies and practise. College of Thelema sounds almost perfect to me, but there is this big BUT. The website says "College requires in-person contact with students."

I live in Northern Europe and College of Thelema seems to be working in the US, so that rule taken literally would mean it's impossible for me to participate. So I'm asking if this is perhaps interpreted more liberally now in the days of excellent we connections, and the rule could perhaps be fulfilled through video calls?

In-person instruction is required, and you can manage it directly with your instructor. There is likely to be access on the European continent in the near future.
