Good beginner book on Qabalah?Al right, Atzilut, I saw the Kabbalah-site and say immediately: this is amazing, they also seem to sell many more than interesting books regarding of course the real (Jewish) Kabbalah, I also have and read one book by Daniel C. Matt: "The Essential Kabbalah" and its of course a very interesting book of Reflections and Meditations regarding Life, thanks for letting me known of this wonderfull site, and best wishes!

Good beginner book on Qabalah?Of course, Atzilut, I wholeheartedly tend to agree, I personally must admit that I never heard of Rabbi Yahuda Ashlag, and so I thank you also, for letting me known about him, I am indebted towards Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, but of course I tend to agree with you that also Rabbi Yahuda Ashlag might be for me in my further life also a source of great Insight.

Bibliotheca Philosophica Hermetica under threat of closureHello, did anyone here latest picked up the news regarding the threat of closure of the Bibliotheca Philosophica Hermetica, or otherwise known in the (almost) entire world as the Ritman Library in Amsterdam, it is under threat of closure because of a business-issue that the owner has with the Friesland Bank, you can read on this theme on the Livejournal of the Fantasy and Science and other Fiction author John Crowley (it's a comment, by Egil Asprem), on the blog by Egil Asprem, on the website of Phoenix Rising, on that last mentioned website it is said that to express your concern regarding this threat you can send a letter through email to Professor Wouter Hanegraaff of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Amsterdam, the Ritman Library is of the most importance for everyone esoteric oriented and/or interested. . .
-
Good beginner book on Qabalah?Yes, I definitely think it's a book for (far) more advanced Magicians.
-
Islamic version of 777?I hugely doubt it, but would be most interested if it exist. . .

Meditation - ColorsI think it's just normal that you see colors with your eyes closed or even open (especially that incurs when I'm tired), I usually enjoy seeing the colors, it's often very fluid and colorful with me, I really enjoy them, they work inspiring for me, I do not doubt whether they are hindering on a meditation exercise or not, I think normally not, only if the colors and patterns might scarce you, but if your life is normal, and your not disturbed by psychological problems of any kind, then I really think everything is just fine.
