The response is an intentionally "blank" response (the least content that is least likely to create more questions about it). Any post that goes long enough with no answers gets this response tagged on so that it won't appear in the Unanswered Posts view any longer. (We have to add SOME answer to get it to drop off the Unanswered list.)
