I honestly couldn't say, I have no association with outercol.org, and neither know of every lineage, nor where they operate within the world.

The best thing to do is ask them directly, only the cancellari of each lineage can answer your question. Different lineages do things differently, and so I don't feel comfortable telling you what your best choice is.

I've contacted them directly and got an answer,but by best choice I meant the the location not the lineage or so.I have no idea which lineage "are more Northern Europe based" by members, etc..
Of course the location is not the only thing that matters,but it will help to make a decision between them.

That may be very well the case then: I have been doing now less than a year every time meditation every time before doing LBRP/LIHR and after that Liber Resh (with atleast once a day including Lesser Ritual of the Hexagram).Besides that I merely do occasionaly the Middle Pillar Ritual and Star Ruby,but I've to admit,I quite rarely do Asana nowadays after Liber Resh. I almost stopped doing it when I reached to 20 minutes asana sessions.
Lately it has seem that time is a luxury I don't have.I guess I just have to arrange my time better.. Thanks for the advice.

93! I've stopped doing Pranayama recently because I feel I simply am not able to do it properly: I can't even "blow" the air out from my left nostril for like 16 seconds. With the right nostril it's not a problem, but it feels as if my left nostril just won't last that long.. any advice what to do with this problem?

Thanks for the valuable information,wich helps to get started further.
So far,I've only add to my "daily rutines" (trying,atleast) the Middle Pillar ritual,wich is lowly improving..

The lesser Ritual of the Hexagram is probably a invoking ritual,I will try to learn next.One of the difficulties lies in the visualization - and probably has also do with concentration: It's often hard to have a proper visualization in the middle of the ritual (and to maintain during the whole ritual),and I've been trying to search some proper intructions have to improve my visualization by the help of Dharana practises,but so far I haven't really found any good practical tips how to start practising dharana instead of "just visualize some certain symbol and try to keep your focus on that symbol while eyes closed etc"..Are there any "easy symbols" to start with, or something..

Thanks.I will keep this in mind.I read somewhere else that Israeli Regardie recomend a beginner to start first to practise with a Banishing ritual and add the invocation ritual later,as it is more important for an beginner to know how to banish than invoke. I don't actually know what Crowley wrote about this matter.

Been stalking the forum for some time and decide to introduce myself now:
I'm 35 years old and living in Finland.I feel I've always been drawn to the occult/esoterism,looking for a deeper understanding of the self and the world around me.Never really pushed it that far to join an organisation from wich I could get guidance to go deeper into magick (mostly just studied different religious and left-hand paths etc),but lately the urge have grow stronger than before and I feel the time is right now to join.
I hopefully will be accepted to OTO as an Initiate.For the last two months I've been trying to do daily rituals as Liber Resh - and later followed Lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram,including daily meditations,Asanas and Pranayama.The next ritual I have in mind would be the Star Ruby,wich I would want to "master". If anyone has a better suggestion for a beginner what ritual would be better instead of Star Ruby,please
share it with me.
Meditiation and Yoga is something wich I've only had little experience,otherwise when dealing with Magick,I am a novice..so bear with me,as I will in the future ask odd-sounding questions..
