Liber 963

I have a question about choosing which adoration to committ to memory; is it the adoration of the rising sign, or is it the adoration of the planet that rules the rising sign?
IIRC, in the "Path Workings of Aleister Crowley", 1994 edition with contributions by Cherubim, DuQuette, Hyatt, and Wasserman, they questioned the interpretation of "star" in relation to the instructions of Liber 963, and it was suggested that the "wandering star", (planet), which rules the particular rising sign could alternately be used. Was just wondering what others on the A.A. path think of this...

The original instruction involved one's rising sign.
But the whole reason for that instruction was that Crowley wanted to flatter Fuller, who was very valuable to him and had a volatile ego. There isn't actually any test or memorization requirement of this in formal A.'.A.'. testing.
