Hello everyone! I've been a long time reader of the forum but I haven't posted until now. I want to start by thanking Jim for hosting this forum and for sharing your insight and experience with all of us. I've found this forum instrumental in developing my knowledge of Thelema and its principles.
My name is Cory, I'm 23 years old and I live in San Antonio, TX. I work as an ER technician in one of our hospitals and I am pursuing my RN at a local college. I have been a follower of Thelema for the past five years (albeit by myself and without much guidance) and I've found it to encompass everything that I have believed or held dear in my term on this earth.
I've always been an avid fan of occultism in general, and found that my personal philosophy was written in terms outside of the confines of the conservative Christian family that I was raised in.
I am very excited to be a part of such an expansive community and thrilled that I can speak with such learned individuals on this subject of maintaining and upholding one's True Will.
I look forward to participating in this message board and communing with a community that seems so far out of reach in San Antonio. I hope to one day study at the College of Thelema and to seek membership in the T.'.O.'.T.'. and A.'.A.'.
