    You have to be stable and healthy yourself before you can begin to worry about trying to 'help' someone else.

    Give your place a cleaning from floor-to-ceiling, wash any items that have 'energy' attached to them, and give away any items that you can't seem to cleanse. Then learn a proper banishing ritual and do it every day.

    Find value in your experience by treating it as an important life lesson, and move on. The more 'serious; magickal experiences will be there waiting for you when you have developed the stability and discernment to handle the energies more safely. 😉

      Frankly, I think you should write a screenplay and shop it around Hollywood.

      As for your GF. You should be open to the possibility that it is all her, that she was a bomb already primed to explode, and there wasn't a damn thing you could have done about it. Maybe you can get her some really good professional help, but outside of that I suspect there is little you can do. In fact, being too close or too attached can hurt you.
