I'm curious if the principle behind Liber Resh can be applied to the other planets. In other words, you want to try and perceive Martian or Plutonian energy, or whatever, so you have a running astro program and wait for the planets to be precisely angular and try to tune into whatever vibe is there. Is this possible/recommended for the beginner?

Yes, it seems to me this would be a worthy practice. You don't need to have a running astro program - you can calculate them in advance.

For example, it took me half a minute (counting launching Solar Fire) to calculate that, for Los Angeles, Mars is on the angles today as follows:

    Asc - 4:16 AM
    MC - 11:04 AM
    Dsc - 5:52 PM
    IC - 11:03 PM

I seem to recall an astronomy web site that calculates all of this (without the need of a separate program) - try googling for it - I'm haeding out the door or would dig around a bit for you.
