This is not a joke Nor a method to become a Practicus in 100 hours 😆

I heard some say it takes about 100 hours of "meditation" to "charge"properly the energy body. By "meditation", it is meant at least "dhyana" i guess, as they(chinese) say most people will get minutes or even seconds only per hour of practice. Thus the need for many people to meditate everyday for 20 years or 5 years very seriously to get those 100 hours that grant the level i guess corresponds to Practicus in that regard, basically being ready to master kundalini.

Does this seem to you some thing of good accuracy?!

      Or for those who will/prefer:

If it does take 100 hours, it is 100 hours of what in your opinion? How to describe that, for instance major dhyana, minor samadhi...? 😄

There is no relationship between this and the A.'.A.'. grade of Practicus.

For example, there is nothing in the A.'.A.'. system that guarantees anything close to a cumulative 100 hours of meditation by that point.

Since you interpreted this as dhyana, I can add that this is nothing leading one to necessarily expect any dhyana before Dominus Liminis.

Thanks. I'm getting more and more sure there is no point in comparing methods seriously without being an adept of each one separately. I see you're always very careful and rigorous Jim, even when we are speaking of straight well known western systems, and more so when they are less known. I get this at least. 🆒

I apologize if i asked redundant style of questions.
