The joyful spear

    Combining the wand and the sword, it undulates harmoniously.

    At the same time the undulation of the base, and that of the tip increase.

    External and internal, it keeps on and on, undulating always. It is its nature doing so and who practices it gets practiced by it. So you undulate too:

    I like also the practice of simply spear meditation. Contemplating it in ones mind or just holding it consciously. It seems an intelligent living being of a very high grade. One can communicate with it in many ways.
