Is there any good method to use (true) random number generators for the purpose of divination?
I can only think of the trivial ones (assign meanings to numbers or to groups of numbers. get a random number and act accordingly), so please tell me if you have anything interesting. 😄

Numbers have intrinsic value when you spell them in Hebrew, e.g., 179 is Teyth A'ayin Qof. Generate a number, lay out the Tarot cards corresponding to how it is spelled.

Something to try, at least. I've experimented with computer generated Yi Ching and not been impressed with the result, so I question computer generated numbers of this sort. But that's how meaning would be applied to it.

Asking a computer to generate a random number for divination is like asking a prostitute to hold your wallet and your gun.

It can be done, but... why?? Random numbers generated by computers are done strictly by algorithms upon cycles per second, (or milisecond.)

But yeah, the Tarot is great for interpreting the meaning of numbers.

So is the I Ching, but one usually finds correlations when doing research, between these two, as they are compatible.
