    thats exctally what I mean,

astral link. I have a neighbor who is wiccan, since I was revealed that she has something against me, I've stopped associating with her
By association and eating her food, She sent me a letter informing me, that I built a magical link beyond my aura, that she can control me, If I am anywhere in the world, If she wills it strong enough, I can come back to her.
Case in point, I was stationed in Virginia, Things went bad and I had to come back home. And thats when she told me that it was HER doing..
I didnt believe it.. and I was being superstitious..but now... I'm thinking to myself, what if it could be true..

How do I break a "magickal link" And i mean astrally

She informed you... that, to me atleast, is a sign of a fruad. Psycodrama works outside of ritual too. Witchcraft is not true magick.

That being said, I would not suppose that there is an actual 'link'.

But if there was a link made and you feel it impeeds your True Will or the finding of that Will, then its no holds bard IMHO. What does Liber OZ say about this kind of problem?

"Man has the right to kill those who would thwart these rights"

I wouldn't go that far but I would make a stand to defend my birthright.
The Goetia has a very beautiful invocation for dealing with people of this caliber.👿

Or whatever you feel compeled to do.

    93,

I would banish, yes ... but I would be banishing my own subconscious link to this individual. Obviously, she knows how to act as if she has some means to control or influence you, and you have played into this. The decision on your part almost certainly isn't anywhere near being a conscious choice, but stems from various needs or anxieties in you that she has 'read' quite accurately. This gives her her power. Magically minded people can be power-oriented, but if so they are rarely deep thinkers 😄

They can only control us in this way if we make the subconscious decision to allow them to do so. That is, if we've tacitly 'signed on' to a psychological contract to play such a game. Given that some people are admittedly very good at placing suggestions, then those of us who are suggestible can get caught up in long, irritating games like this.

Years ago, I had a different but (in some ways) similar predicament. Until I admitted the other person had more of a need for others' esteem and for dominance than I did - that is, that he came across as more powerful than me - my banishing efforts went nowhere. Once I admitted to myself my ongoing assumption that he WAS stronger, and the various ways I reacted in fear or submission to this idea, the whole silly mess resolved itself in two days.

ok, i am going to say this even though my only experience with magick was not in any order. right now i am staying away from ritual magick and working on the basics.
take this how you will, but i am trying to help.
u must master ur mind, and ur body better.
and u can see connections to ur astral body, and i would suggest visualizing the connection she has with you and dissolving it. this will take some time, but it should work.
    just an opinion, brother.
    Fraternally,
    Pat

    Kingsolomon, 93,

"so pretty much say to myself, that she has no power over me and convince my subconcious mind to this and it will end.. correct?"

In essence, yes. Problem is, the ego has limited power over subconscious drives, knots, obsessions, etc. Simply telling yourself she has no power will help, but if you believe, down inside, that other people are the cause of what happens in your life, then you've not wholly resolved the problem.

Banishing is effective in that it goes beyond the ego's own limits, and does more to marshal the powers latent in subconsciousness.

    93!

From all my knowledge and experience the only way a person can put some sort of hex on you to gain control of your thoughts and reactions is if you let them. The only power they can have over you whatsoever is that you gave them by believing their stories and succumbing to your own fears. Many newbies fall prey to this type of energy vampirism because they do not yet know or understand the purpose and practices of True Magick. They've seen enough to know magick works but not enough to know how to use it, for what purposes should it be used, nor how much power they themselves possess already. They are open to this whole new world of both beautiful and terrifying possibilities becoming vulnerable to fictitious suggestions fueling their imagination which becomes prone to paranoia.

I agree with Edward Mason here and he's right about this but I feel like you don't know a banishing. LBRP is great for all general clearing but you might need to find or create some kind of ritual/spell to release your mind, body, and space of the other's negative attachment. What worked for me (yeah, I've been in this situation a few times at least) was taking all photographs, notes, gifts etc. or if you have no personal remnants associated with them find/make an object, drawing, or find some image that's a strong representation of the person's entity.. Then burn it (in a flame proof container, outdoors preferably! Be calm, focused, and safe, not in a frenzy!) saying something like "Toxic fire away from my sanctity" fanning all smoke away from you. "leaving ashen wings to find true destiny." My favorite people banishing spell if you seriously need to remove a person from your reality is to (while picturing their face) say "God bless you, and God keep you, far, far away.."

I was taught this shield back when I was in my teens/early 20's when I suspected metaphysical attacks sent towards me: Visualize yourself surrounded by an amethyst crystal that becomes reflective like a mirror on the outside so that all who would harm you sees their own reflection knowing no one will not harm their own self (graduated version of I am rubber you are glue..) If you practice this shield everyday it will eventually be present without needing your attention. You can even strengthen this further by emanating love towards everybody as if you see your own reflection in them making it impossible to absorb any kind of negativity because you're constantly radiating a higher vibration that's powerfully expansive and harmonious to the universe. I know I'm sounding new age and hippie but it works to love your enemies... 😄

Given that there is communication between you, it is open, and you yourself are possibly enabling any effect to occur due to increasing concern about it, I would suggest that "banishing by laughter", popular with Chaos Magicians, might just do the trick.

Firstly, it may well demoralise or embarass her, weakening her resolve and capacity (assuming she really has any in the first place).
Secondly, it may help you to snap out of being dragged into her game.

The more you believe, or are worried about, any "power" this woman has the more susceptible you are to her intent.

A good laugh in her face might be all you need.

Yes, mothers also like to control their adult boys, keeping them in mental diapers, so to speak..

I hope you noticed that the wiccan told you she was responsible for causing the event only after it happened.
