Hebrew pronunciation

I am looking for a Hebrew Text-to-Speech app.
Google translate does this for many languages, but not Hebrew. I downloaded Mbrola Tools and installed two voice libraries. But the Mbrola window does not accept copy-pastes of Arial font set to Hebrew script. My operating system allows my keyboard to change to Greek, Hungarian, and Icelandic, but not Hebrew.
Any pointers?
