Dar, it is interesting you would wish for the men to participate in this experiment, aside from all of the obvious ones already explained fully by you:
Microtubules are somewhat the phallic like substance of the cell, from what I can understand. I mean, that they are like rhizomes, in that they start to "rope together" in a straight, tube-like shape.
To further explain, rhizomorphic mushroom mycelium is the male part of it. I forget the exact name of the female part of mycelium, but when you inoculate spores, both kinds are produced, and interact with eachother to devour the substrate and eventually produce mushrooms, an extremely phallic organism.
Spores and mycelium that tend to be rhizomorphic produce faster and better than mycelium with more "femaleness." This is because, I believe, that there is a better "communication system" between the organism of the mycelium, having to do with moving nutrients and water through itself, as well as with the much needed actual communication so it can tell itself which direction the light comes from, how much water is in the air, and so on.
Just an interesting fact I thought you might wish to read.

I never noticed that entry-into-matter like this, but it is very interesting and makes me think of "The emperor is not Tzaddi." Also some relationship between Chokmah, Tiphereth, Elemental Earth and Vault Fire with Netzach, and Yesod being a place where Matter is about to be born.

Dar, now I am totally investing in a small supply of yeast. Can I use brewer's yeast in the jar?
Let me explain myself, and please try to keep an open mind as I do so.. stigmas attached to some ideas I am going to bring up might clutter the psyche at first, but I swear it's important.
You say that fungi, including mushrooms are closer to humans than to plants. This would explain some mushrooms having certain enzymes, proteins, and rare vitamins that can be used to totally replace eating meat.
Now the controversial part. Those who are really into psilocybe mushrooms, will admit to the fact that the mushrooms talk to them after eating them, first in a human language, then into higher manifestation of Logos including enochian.
Anyways, eating these little things, is like communing with tiny gods that talk to you and guide you to your HGA, no joke. I mean, I am sure you can appreciate the statement made by the discoverer of LSD (paraphrasing):
"I cannot imagine what harm this miraculous drug would do if it got into the hands of delinquents."But these things are like condensed Logos into flesh so the waves of energy, veins and arteries of Light of the Universe are opened unto one. And here's the real good news: eating them and communing with nature is just like growing up from childhood again. You go through hallucinations, talk to spirits, experience hypnogogia which are images ingrained in the DNA of the human psyche, but you end up breaking through. So there's no more dancing rows of candy or mischevious voices. There are just auras easily readable on everything, including "non-living" beings like rocks, and the veins of Light seem to stay a permanent effect along with reading auras.

Rhizomes in the human brain are what synthetic drugs like mdma burn out, straight-up rhizome mowing down like a lawn-mower. And neural damage is supposedly permanent. A warning against synthetics and things not introduced by Nuit.
Anyways, rhizomes are like the communication "secret-feelers" of the brain. Scientists actually don't have much in on this yet, but it is slowly being discovered, and I bet I could come up with evidence, (as you probably could easily as well,) experimenting with consciousness expansion and yeast consciousness.

The Psilocybe consciousness comes across as an androgynous harlequin guru, bringing Word from the outer reaches.. I go to him/her/it for cleansing and direction, as well as artistic inspiration. Cubensis trips tend to bring a very specific nugget of exterior Knowledge that I can bring back to the world and use to bring about positive change, whereas Amanitas are totally unspecific, without conscience, raw power, a completely clean experience of the Kingdom at work.

Oh my God. I've had serious visions regarding this.
The "wine", is the "burning bush" of Moses. Syrian Rue. It has been used for thousands of years as a Red dye in the carpets over there, including India, and is extremely psychoactive on it's own and with mushrooms.
But here's the real deal: these MAOI seeds from the bush interact solely with tryptamine-related chemicals like psilocybin and serotonin. For instance, you must consume these seeds to orally ingest DMT, (dimethyl Tryptamine.)
"Flesh", of course, are the psilocybe mushrooms. These mushrooms are found all over the world, but I believe Isa pushed more than just psilocybes, including cannabis (holy anointing oil, look it up, oil of the messiah,) amanita species of mushrooms, as well as the "blood" of the red syrian-rue drink that is sooo bitter one must put honey to sweeten it:
"Eat this little scroll (mushroom), in your mouth it shall be sweet as honey, but it shall make your belly bitter. And thou shalt prophecy again to..." -revelations, paraphrased.
Syrian Rue, unlike mushrooms and most classical psychedelics, will turn your stomach very easily if you are not used to it. In fact, one cannot consume more than 3 or 4 grams of it without it purging their body of toxins, and sending them into blue visions.
So, "flesh of god" was the flesh of the mushroom. The "shew-bread" if you will, (yes, the bread that shows you, another hidden secret,) and the blood was the syrian rue. Now like you said this is for full initiates and was practiced long before and long after Isa left. The god's-honest truth of this is though, is that Isa came and basically made a pagan psychedelic revival and hid the deepest secrets in lore we discuss to this day.
I always imagined me eating "His" flesh as a teenager, when I ate mushrooms.

You know, now that I've been thinking about all the principles you have discussed here, I shall try the experiment very soon. Extreme interest boiled up in me as I read how our HGA remembers exactly what it's like to enter into matter.
A weird thought: since matter actually becomes matter at Malkuth, would this mean that all the Angels/Archangels/etc of the Tree of Life started out from the initial thought crystallizing all the way down to Malkuth, then worked their way up from Elf all the way to Holy Living Spirit.
(I mention Elves because the DMT Elves are the first notion of consciousness after human life has ended, aeons after, in fact. It feels like you are deep underground, in the Malkuth, but the stars are blasted by you as you go waaay underground to the point of the consciousness elves. I believe "souls of fire", or Ishim, evolve from the initial crystalline elves I speak of. It is like "God" gave us a break halfway from human to Ishim. Many instances of "Jesus" letting souls out of "hell" "early". A drift to surely catch.)
Now I am thinking of dosing medicinal mushrooms and doing the experiment so I will be fully aware of the effects and the feeling of consciousness entering into matter.
Dar, I must share with you one of my seldom-shared theories: That the living enzymes of our bodies are actually attached to our souls, and not just a bunch of willy-nilly animal interaction. I believe they are different incarnations of our "souls", including the yeast it takes to ceremonially drunken a man.
I mention this because our man Crowley writes of it, plus that would mean, that the yeast that occurs naturally in grapes and purified yeast used to speed fermentation, were mutliple souls working together, which were the same multiple souls who drank the same batch together.Plants as well, in fact, I believe that is the main difference between eating something with blood and something that shares multiple bodies with the same soul. You must have something to do with casting the soul out of an animal and devouring its life force. Plants, in my belief, are almost the same as the enzymes and the yeast, our souls, merged into plant form, in a powerful, peaceful answer to war, rape, and murder.
I had such thoughts cross my mind all the time, (as all humans do,) when I ate meat.
It has been almost a year without meat or animal products, and I weigh ten pounds more than I did. I don't get tired in the morning or after doing work, and the standard human psychotic thoughts have died down to a dull roar. It is as if a horrid rape/war/murder switch has been turned off in my head/spirit by just eating plants, like I said, are probably my own soul so there is nothing to fight or make war with in survival in devouring it.Thanks so much, sweet Miss Dar.

Resonance is achieving momentum.
I have thought about, searched, and even forumed about the "unleavened bread" thing. I was SURE "God" told them to not eat yeasted bread before a spiritual journey, -or- (maybe and,) "God" did not want humans to eat live things for some reason.
Oh my God, Dar. The burning bush, "Syrian Rue" containing the prophetic substances "harmine" and "harmaline", cannot be taken with Yeast.
And this is the plant that allows one to go further on mushrooms, or intake DMT orally, which lasts for an entire four hours with the same dose.I have eaten everything with syrian rue, and the only things that really interacted negatively with it in myself were yeast, caffeine, and alcohol.
In fact, I had to stop eating bread because I take syrian rue for these aforementioned purposes of "prophecy".
If you wish to legally achieve visions as blue as lapis lazuli, syrian rue is available at most online herbal/natural supply sites.

However, the "burning" effects come from eating it with mushrooms. Mushrooms by themselves give you the continued patterns of the machinery of the universe, but as soon as Rue is ingested, it makes a certain "fiery" effect, almost yellow fire up to blue fire. "Burning" also means lit and moving around.
Mosheh "saw" "God" "burning" in this specific bush, and the evidence, in my 15 or so years of studying prophecy, the books of religion, and natural visionary plants, is blatant.

I tried one experiment. No immediate results.
A few questions:
1.) Is it fine if dry(though still active) yeast is used?
2.) Is there a specific cue you use during the meditation to delineate the correct intent for the sacrament?I'm not particularly great at mental quiescence just yet(as a Gemini Sun/Mercury, a quiet mind doesn't come easy), so it may just be that I am not able to focus enough to reach the active level of exaltation.
I will try again tomorrow, and I will do more to heighten focus.

I shall try this when I have had enough to drink, and no work to do, Avshalom.
However, I am drawn to this experiment, despite easy criticism. The weirdest things have happened to evolve man into what we are. Reptiles from space, little mushroom-shaped scrolls, plants bred to "enslave" man with their alkaloids, centuries of ceremonial drinking, and now, it seems, inoculated yeast.

We all know we can astral project, or put our consciousness, (and sometimes unconsciousness, and sometimes others' sub/consciousness,) into other things, like the sky for instance. Human collective thought on the large scale can cause clouds to form if they wish to smell the sweet, sweet rain. Especially now, in the northern hemisphere.
These microtubules, if our theories are correct, will be blank pieces of living tissue that can serve as an intermediate place for consciousness, and the roots of all of this make me wish to try it once.

All results whatsoever (in cases of Magick) are dependent on relative circumstance. The Microcosm and Macrocosm are present in any reaction or interaction. Their mode or manner of synthesis are entirely independent of form, however.
