Can you say more about this? Offhand, this isn't reminding me of anything he wrote.
In fact, normally it would be the other way around: YOU accomplishing what the Angel has sent you to do.

however I do remember a Crowley quote going something like that.
Can't remember exactly where it was though... you know what.. try "Energized enthusiasm, Magick books (1-4), and try searching the first couple volumes of the Equinox with a pdf reader. I know I read this as well.
