there probably are more than a few, but in my experience it's Way Cheaper to make your own.
wax is a great medium for pentacles - take the top of a large butter container, the round lid, you know what i mean, and pour hot wax in it. let it dry, and a bit of work with a protractor, a drafting compass and then some paint and you're good to go
of course, copying somebody else's pentacle will only take you so far. it's more effective in my experience to make your own, based on your understanding of the universe

the benefit of wax over wood, for me, is that i don't have to screw around working with wood. the other thing, of course, is that a pantacle of pure wax is specifically called for in Book IV part ii
i've never tried to make That Particular Sigil, though. i use my own
